STEVEN FRIEDMAN
Mr. Friedman is the CEO, Managing Director and Co-Founder of DSA Encore, LLC; he has over 25 years of technical experience marketing products and services to the information technology industry. His extensive knowledge of customer requirements has given him unique insight into untapped markets and emerging trends in the industry and enabled him to consistently address customer needs and respond to profitable opportunities in the datacenter market.
He has been instrumental in developing and introducing new products to the marketplace some of which have lead to the formation of successful new companies such as: Harmonics Limited manufacturers of Harmonic Suppression Systems; Equipment Pipeline, a Software-as-a-Service company that provides a hosted application to reduce inefficiencies in the procurement, installation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical products; Validus DC Systems, a company that is pioneering leading-edge technology for energy efficient, reliable DC power distribution and Rubicon Integration, LLC. KENNETH GOLYSHKO
Mr. Golyshko, Senior Vice President & General Manager, oversees day-to-day operations for DSA, including the Engineering, Technical Services, and Production groups. Mr. Golyshko has more than 20 years experience at companies such as: Wiremold, Exide Technologies, the Department of Defense and United Technologies.
He is a recognized expert in Lean Manufacturing and has a proven record for innovative approaches to eliminating wasteful costs from business. He is experienced with state-of-the-art systems, planning, implementation, and training. Mr. Golyshko trained for seven years in TPS with the Shingijutsu Group, has led over 400 Kaizen events, and more than 100 Value Stream Analysis' in Manufacturing, Service, Repair and Administrative-based companies. He has delivered bottom-line savings ranging into the millions while decreasing quality defects and increasing productivity more than 300%. MARK SCHNEIDER
Mr. Schneider is a Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of DSA Encore's Mission Critical Service business. His diversified experience has been acquired over the past 25 years as a leader of companies in a broad cross section of industries. He has spent the last 14 years in the power quality and critical infrastructure industry having created and executed growth strategies for companies focused on the efficiency, reliability, and safety of building infrastructure.
Mr. Schneider and Mr. Friedman were among the co-founders of Equipment Pipeline (where Mr. Schneider served as Chairman until 2002) and Harmonics Limited (where he was CEO and Chairman from 1994 - 2002). Prior to returning to DSA Encore, he was a Principal and Managing Director of EYP Mission Critical Facilities' CFA group, responsible for business development and day-to-day operations of the company's Data Center Commissioning & Operations Consulting business. In this capacity, he maintained direct client relationships with major data center operators, developers and managers, as well as instituted innovative programs to diversify service offerings in the commissioning group. JOHN ERCOLE
Mr. Ercole, Vice President & Controller, oversees all aspects of the financial, treasury, tax
reporting, and budgeting functions, as well as HR for DSA Encore. Mr. Ercole earned his Green
Belt in Six Sigma and has applied Six Sigma and Six Sigma Plus methodology throughout the Company's financial systems.
Prior to joining DSA, Mr. Ercole held senior financial management positions with corporations as diverse as Honeywell International, Howmet, Lone Star Industries and Clevepak where he gained invaluable insight and experience that has contributed to his success meeting the needs of DSA's diverse customer base and working in a top-tier entrepreneurial environment. TERRI WINCHELL
Ms. Winchell, Vice President of Operations runs the company's Technical Support Group and is the executive in charge of Sales Administration, Customer Service and Project Management. She has developed and implemented key processes for supporting the Corporation's clients in all project phases from quotation through commissioning. Her team has earned the respect of both longtime and returning customers as a group that recognizes the importance of timely, accurate and professional responses.
Ms. Winchell has over 20 years experience in the critical power industry, specializing in Uninterruptible Power Systems. Prior to joining DSA Encore, Ms. Winchell was a key member of the sales and marketing groups at KW Control Systems and Piller GMBH, and ultimately was the manager of their technical support group. W. GARY PETERS
Mr. Peters, Director of Business Development & Channel Sales, creates initiatives and implements programs to expand the products and services offered by DSA Encore, as well as extend its customer base. He focuses on understanding the future needs of clients and ensuring that our products and services remain innovative and leading edge. Mr. Peters also oversees the promotion of the company's products and services through external sales channels.
Mr. Peters has in excess of 35 years in the procurement, design, construction, and marketing of facilities, systems, services and products for high availability infrastructures. His diverse project involvement includes IT, telecom, laboratory, medical research, pharmaceutical manufacturing and clean rooms, and semiconductor manufacturing facilities. He has introduced innovative mechanical and electrical systems to high-availability sites to reduce energy costs and improve overall site operating efficiencies. HOWARD UFFER
Mr. Uffer, Direct Sales Manager, oversees inside sales efforts nationwide. He has been instrumental in the development and marketing of the DSA Encore brand of remanufactured systems and equipment. His success in continuing to expand DSA's customer base can be attributed to his exceptional attention to detail and unwavering customer support.
Mr. Uffer enjoys over 20 years experience in the critical power and environmental equipment industry. He began his career at Prodigy Internet in White Plains, NY where, as one of its original employees, he helped grow their national network infrastructure. After Prodigy's sale to Boston Technologies, he continued to manage its real estate and administrative operations. KEN CORNISH
Mr. Cornish is the Director of Information Technologies, where he manages the company network, hardware, and software infrastructure. He has over 25 years technical experience with a wide variety of IT related systems. He spent 10 years in the United States Air Force, where he began his career working on critical power and environmental systems, before transitioning to electronics and computer systems. These skills bring a unique blend to our company.
Ken designed the network and systems infrastructure to support Equipment Pipeline in 2002. He holds several Microsoft certifications, including MCSE, MCDBA, and MCT. He is well versed in security and network, design and management, as well as Windows, Solaris, and Linux operating systems. His experience in all of these areas, combined with a knowledge of software architecture, has allowed Ken to manage development and improvement of the e-Shield Mission Critical Monitoring system, and develop and implement strategies for service and support. |
